Why, Hello there.
Thanks for taking the time to check out my little corner of cyberspace. I'm Brian Steppenwolf, author of The Lows, the Lewd, and the Light and all-around everyman, otherwise. I have two cats. I work a standard day job. I keep house and do yard work. I read, write, and avoid 'rithmetic.

When I am not doing life, I try to travel, but I have never been to Provincetown, Puerto Vallarta, or Fire Island. Take away my gay card, I guess. I do love musical theater, though, so on second thought, give it back. :)

Check out that cover! She's newly revealed! I really enjoyed developing the aesthetics of the book, especially since I changed the release format to limited-edition hardcover, which enabled me to add design to the smallest of details. I think you'll be pleased!

The novel is now in production! I signed off on the final proofs yesterday, which means the book is now in the hands of the fine folks who give it a physical body.

Peep this space for the release date. It's tentatively set, but I don't want to share prematurely only then to have it change. Excitingly, the next time I update this section of the site will be to share product details and pre-order information!
